Early birds fly to Cyprus

Northern Cyprus is one of the few untapped areas in the world that offers the best of everything. Since their alignment to EU in 2004, this part of Cyprus has been very aggressive in development and its natural beauty is now attracting millions of tourists and investors alike. Because of its natural beauty of culture, it has become a hotbed of investment for locals as well as foreigners.

There is a feeling of rush in investing in Northern Cyprus. Compared to its southern counterpart, the prices of real estate and land in the North are at least five times more affordable. Investment in real estate in this part of Cyprus is on the upswing as everyone wants to grab the opportunity of having am affordable piece of land for future real estate development. Because of the influx of tourists and investors, the commodities needed by international tourists are slowly being catered – from the preferred food to the preferred drinks.

The only challenge for investors is the occurrence of land disputes between the new owners of the land and the former owners which were forced to transfer to the south for political reasons. Although it is estimated that only 17% of the land is in dispute, a clean title should be required from the seller to ensure no further disputes with regards to land.

Northern Cyprus has almost everything. From exotic castles to virtually untouched beaches that’s home to some of the world’s rarest sea turtles, Northern Cyprus will surely entertain tourists and will encourage them to stay not just a few weeks but maybe forever.

For early birds who want to catch their early holiday packages for 2009: Return flight UK-Cyprus + 7 nights hotel is now £489 pp.
